%X This study aims to determine the Effect of Debt Policy on Company Value with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable in Mining Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period. The population in this study are Mining Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period that have not been downstreamed and have been downstreamed for the 2016-2022 Period using a sample of 19 companies that have not been downstreamed and 20 companies that have been downstreamed. The analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the Stata Ver. 17 application. The results of this study indicate that debt policy has a negative and significant effect on company value. In addition, dividend policy is able to moderate debt policy on company value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period.
%Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kebijakan Dividen Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2022 yang belum hilirisasi dan telah hilirisasi Periode 2016-2022 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan belum hilirisasi dan 20 perusahaan yang telah hilirisasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Stata Ver. 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Selain itu Kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2022
