description: This study aims to determine the Effect of Debt Policy on Company Value with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable in Mining Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period. The population in this study are Mining Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 Period that have not been downstreamed and have been downstreamed for the 2016-2022 Period using a sample of 19 companies that have not been downstreamed and 20 companies that have been downstreamed. The analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the Stata Ver. 17 application. The results of this study indicate that debt policy has a negative and significant effect on company value. In addition, dividend policy is able to moderate debt policy on company value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period.
