This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The sources in this study consisted of 8 informants consisting of the head of SKB, instructors and learners or training participants. The results of the study indicate that (1) barista training in forming entrepreneurial independence has been running well through the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching, assessment, and development. (2) the results of the formation of entrepreneurial independence of participants at SPNF SKB Serang City show the characteristics of good entrepreneurial independence even though not all participants have their own businesses due to capital factors. (3) supporting factors for barista training at SPNF SKB Serang City include motivation within participants and instructors, facilities and infrastructure, instructor attitudes, and support from others. While inhibiting factors for barista training include participant discipline and finances in starting a business.
