Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk pengembangan bisnis pada kondisi eksisting model bisnis kanvas UMKM Yuang-zi Shoes dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada UMKM Yuang-Zi Shoes menggunakan analisis strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT). Penelitian ini dimulai dengan menganalisis BMC eksisting untuk memahami gambaran bisnis UMKM saat ini. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan bobot menggunakan metode AHP dan menyusun matriks IFAS dan EFAS dengan mengalikan bobot dengan rating yang menghasilkan total skor. Setelah itu, posisi UMKM dipetakan pada diagram grand strategy untuk menentukan strategi yang sesuai. Strategi tersebut dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan matriks SWOT untuk menghasilkan usulan strategi terbaik. Tahapan akhir adalah menyusun BMC usulan yang merepresentasikan strategi pengembangan bisnis UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui UMKM Yuang-Zi Shoes memiliki 7 kekuatan, 7 kelemahan, 7 peluang, dan 8 ancaman. Strategi pengembangan meliputi inovasi produk, promosi digital, pelatihan karyawan, dan program loyalitas untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Analisis Business Model Canvas menyoroti fokus baru pada e-commerce, segmen pelanggan yang lebih luas, dan branding visual untuk memperkuat kehadiran di pasar digital. abstract: Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, UMKM Yuang-Zi Shoes has faced significant challenges threatening its business sustainability, resulting in a drastic decline in offline sales. To address this issue, research was conducted to develop the business by analyzing the existing Business Model Canvas (BMC) of UMKM Yuang-Zi Shoes. This study identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) impacting the business. The research began with analyzing the existing BMC to understand the current business framework. Next, weights were calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and IFAS and EFAS matrices were developed by multiplying the weights with ratings to obtain total scores. The business position was then mapped using the grand strategy matrix to determine the most appropriate strategy. These strategies were further refined using a SWOT matrix to produce the best recommendations. The final step was drafting a proposed BMC that reflects the business development strategies. The findings reveal that UMKM Yuang-Zi Shoes possesses 7 strengths, 7 weaknesses, 7 opportunities, and 8 threats. The development strategies include product innovation, digital promotion, employee training, and loyalty programs to enhance competitiveness.
