description: This study aims to determine the added value of processing soybeans into  tofu, tempeh and soy milk in Muara Ciujung Barat Sub-District, Lebak Regency.  The basic research method used is descriptive method. The research location was  carried out purposively, namely the home industry in the Muara Ciujung Barat  sub-district, Lebak Regency, for thr reason that the added value of this industry is  not yet known. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with the  techniques of observation, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis  method used in the value added analysis of the Hayami method. The research  results show that the benefits obtained from processing soybean into tofu, tempeh  or soy milk in one production process was Rp. 81,842.15. Processing of soybean  into tofu added value for soybean raw materials of Rp. 220.542,43, tempeh Rp.  12.384,52 and soymilk provided added value for soybean raw materials of Rp.  21.635,51/kg .
