The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that (1)Teacher strategies in the planning phase begin with an initial diagnosis by reviewing prior learning outcomes and conducting a pre-assessment test. The results are then incorporated into teaching modules and the design of learning tools tailored to aspects of differentiated content, processes, products, and learning environments. (2) Implementation strategies for differentiated instruction involve teachers delivering lessons by providing equal opportunities to students according to their individual learning needs, considering the differentiation aspects of content, processes, products, and learning environments. (3) The teacher’s role in differentiated learning includes offering support, guidance, and direction to students, addressing their individual needs during classroom activities and beyond, often with the involvement of parents or guardians.
