This study aims to analyze internal and external environmental factors for Kebun Ijo Hidroponik vegetable marketing, formulate alternative marketing strategies for Kebun Ijo Hidroponik hydroponic vegetables which are in accordance with internal and external marketing environmental conditions, and determine priorities for marketing strategy priorities for hydroponic vegetables in Kebun Ijo Hidroponik. The research method used is the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. Based on the research, it can be seen that Reza has five strengths, five weaknesses, five opportunities and five threats. The main strength is guaranteed quality, the main weakness is the weak promotion system, the main opportunity is the use of social media, and the main threat is crop failure due to power outages.
