Study This aiming for know How Implementation Pepeling Program Policy (Service  Payment Tax Circumference) in Increase Income Original Region in Serang City.  Design research used is study qualitative with method descriptive and approach  inductive. Data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations  and documentation. Research This use Van Metter and Van Horn's theory as seen  from six indicator that is standards and objectives policy, source Power policy,  communication between organization and activities implementer, characteristics of  implementing agency, conditions social, economic and political, as well as  disposition executor. In itsimplementation, the Pepeling Program is one of channel  payment tax Serang City area the purpose for optimization and improvement  service public as well as make it easier for the obligatory far away tax its reach as  well as can give education related with taxation. Pepeling program can help PAD  by 0.3% in 2021, 0.5% in 2022 and 2.4% in 2023. Then need existence addition  vehicle operational for implementation of the mentoring program, addition of  human resources from aspect quality and also quantity as well as always optimistic  that income original Serang City area will Keep going move up and not Again  become one of the cities/ regencies in Banten Province with the lowest PAD.
