            note = {Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (Kampung KB) adalah satuan wilayah setingkat RW, dusun atau setara yang memiliki kriteria tertentu dimana terdapat keterpaduan program kependudukan, keluarga berencana, pembangunan keluarga dan pembangunan sektor terkait yang akan dilaksanakan secara sistemik dan sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman teoritis dan praktis seputar hal tersebut, dengan mengevaluasi sejauh mana model komunikasi pembangunan mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan program dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi yang digunakan dalam komunikasi pembangunan di Kampung KB melibatkan masyarakat di dalamya melalui metode tepat sasaran, (2) penerapan strategi komunikasi pembangunan melalui penyuluhan program, kampanye serta pemberdayaan masyarakat.},

        abstract = {Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (Kampung KB) are regional units at the Neighborhood Unit (RT), hamlet or equivalent level which have certain criteria where there is an integration of population, family planning, family development and related sector development programs which will be implemented systemically and systematically. The aim of this research is to contribute to theoretical and practical understanding around this matter, by evaluating the extent to which the development communication model is able to support the achievement of program objectives and improve the quality of family life at the local level. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that: (1) the strategy used in development communication at Kampung KB involves the community in it through targeted methods, (2) the implementation of development communication strategies through program outreach, campaigns and community empowerment.}
