The purpose of this study is to improve the career understanding of grade IX students, especially Junior High School (SMP) students at SMP Negeri 2 Waringinkurung. Career understanding is an effort to develop an understanding of students' personalities and their roles in the world of work. In everyday life, students are faced with various choices not only related to daily activities, but also their environment, studies, and future. Super believes that students who have career understanding must develop careers according to their developmental stages, collect career information, and make professional decisions based on their skills and aspirations. In general, it is a growth process of adolescent development tasks. Early adolescents begin to explore the relationship between interests, talents, and personal values to their careers. However, they have not made a binding decision, at the exploration stage individuals begin to examine themselves, try many roles, and explore jobs both at school and in their spare time, although they have not made the right decision. This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The results of the material and media feasibility test reached 92%, the language feasibility test reached 85.7% and the practitioner feasibility test reached 100% which showed a category that was feasible to be implemented to students. Furthermore, the results of the initial product trial conducted on 42 IX students obtained feasible results with a success rate of 81% and a comparison of the pre-test and post-test results of IX grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Waringinkurung showed an increase in understanding of career information with an average N-Gain score of 0.8886 and N-Gain percent 88.8570 which showed a high increase in students' career understanding."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
