description: This study aims to produce teaching materials based on contextual teaching and learning, as well as to determine the feasibility and responses of students to the developed teaching materials. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this development research show that contextual teaching and learning based teaching materials are “Very Feasible” to apply to fifth grade learning in elemtary school. This is supported by day validation by media experts, material experts, and material experts with an average result of the due diligence test of 86,3% while the students response haul obtained from the limited trial got a percentage result of 89,02% and included in the “Very Good” category. This shows that the teaching materials developed are feasible and interesting to apply to learning in order to develop an understanding of the concepts of fifth grade elementary school students on ecosystem component materia
