description: Situ tourism is a potential activity in Situ Sukarame, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Tourism activities can harm the region if there is excessive activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability, carrying capacity, and development strategy of Situ Sukarame ecotourism management to prevent unwanted impacts on tourist areas. This research was conducted in June - July 2024 using observations and interviews with 30 respondents. The analysis of suitability and carrying capacity regarding aquatic ecotourism. Based on the results of observations, it shows that the Situ Sukarame area is suitable for tourism with an altitude of 643 meters with a total carrying capacity of 238 people/day. In the SWOT analysis of Situ Sukarame, the total IFAS score of 0.19 and the total EFAS score of 0.89 showed positive results that the condition at Situ Sukarame was in the 1st quadrant position. Strategies that can be implemented by tourism managers in Situ Sukarame are to increase promotion through various social media channels, collaborate with influencers, provide free wifi and road maintenance to facilitate access and ensure the availability of comfortable and affordable public transportation. Maintaining nature conservation while monitoring and evaluating each promotional content to ensure that the strategy is effective and has a positive impact.
