description: This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach to implement the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on Topic C in IPAS Learning about traditional technology conducted in the fifth grade at SDN Kebondalem. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of using the ethnoscience-based problem-based learning model on collaboration skills. The researcher divided the class into an experimental class that would be treated with the problem-based learning model and a control class that would continue to apply the think-pair-share cooperative model. The research instrument has been validated by an instrument expert and received a score of 85, categorized as very suitable for use. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was used as a pretest and posttest. The results of this study prove that there is indeed a significant difference in students' collaboration skills between the experimental class and the control class. With the ANOVA test, it was found that the F value was always greater than the critical f value, and the p-value was also much smaller compared to the alpha value of 0.05, which means there is indeed a significant difference and the collaboration skills in the experimental class are higher than in the control class. In addition, the MANOVA test also proved that collaboration skills were better in the experimental class, as evidenced by the calculated F value being greater than the table F value (65.684 > 3.07), with the calculated F value being much larger than the table F value.
