description: This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and attitudes on Wellness Tourism practices among tourists at Lalasa Beach Club, Tanjung Lesung, Banten. Using an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach, the sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique of consecutive sampling with the Slovin formula, resulting in 42 respondents. Data collection was   carried out in November-December 2024 through questionnaires. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that 35.7% of respondents had good knowledge, 57.1% had attitudes that supported wellness tourism practices, but 57.1% did not implement wellness tourism practices. Bivariate analysis showed a significant influence between knowledge (p=0.014) and attitude   (p=0.043) on wellness tourism practices. Respondents with poor knowledge had an 18 times greater chance of not implementing wellness tourism practices, while respondents with unfavorable attitudes had a 4 times greater chance of not implementing wellness tourism practices. not supportive have a 4 times greater chance of not implementing it. This study concludes that there is a significant influence between knowledge and attitude towards wellness tourism practices.   These results can be the basis for developing promotional and educational strategies to increase tourist participation in wellness tourism activities at Lalasa Beach Club, Tanjung Lesung.
