description: The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Cash  Receipt and Expenditure Information System based on the Regional  Development Information System (SIPD) at the Financial and Asset  Management Agency (BPKAD) of Pandeglang Regency. This study aims  to understand the effectiveness of the information system in supporting  transparency, accountability, and efficiency in regional financial  management, as well as the challenges faced in the implementation of  this system. The research method used is descriptive, with data  collection through observation, documentation, and literature study.  Observations were carried out during an internship at BPKAD, while  documentation included the analysis of secondary data from related  documents. Interviews with relevant parties were also conducted to  obtain more in-depth information. The results of the study indicate that  the implementation of the cash receipt and expenditure information  system based on SIPD has provided benefits in enhancing transparency  and accountability in financial management. However, there are technical  challenges and a lack of system integration that hinder the effective use  of the application. Recommendations for system improvement are also  proposed to optimize regional financial management.
