description: This research is about the pattern of social relations between farmers and dragon fruit farm workers, Tamansari Village, Baros District, Serang Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants involved in this research were 5 supporting informants and 4 main informants. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis used is an interactive data analysis model (Miles and Hubermasn) which includes 4 stages, namely (1) data collection (2) data reduction stage (3) data presentation stage (4) drawing conclusions  The results of this research show that the social relations that occur in dragon fruit plantations in carrying out collaboration are said to be good. This pattern of social relations is divided into three forms, including interpersonal relations in the form of complex professional relations during working hours such as work agreements, group dynamic relations, conflicts in the form of salaries that are not according to schedule, relations between groups are influenced by costs and rewards, economic and non economic in nature. and kinship relations are established, where these relations are more intense.
