description: Public transportation users in Indonesia are relatively low, this is due to several  things that are the lack of guarantee of secure, comfort, and certainty of time. One  of the policies implemented by the government is to improve the quality of public  transportation and integrate all available public transportation. Palembang City is  one of the cities in Indonesia that has implemented an integration policy, such as  integration of Light Rail Transit with feeder. This is done with the aim of increasing  LRT occupancy and attracting public interest in using LRT. The problems that the  author encountered in this study were that the feeder schedule was not integrated  with the LRT schedule, the tariff subsidy imposed several times became a problem  in the operation of feeder, and the feeder stops were not all safe and comfortable  to use. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the implementation  of policy and public participation had on the effectiveness of the LRT integration  policy with feeder public transportation in Palembang City. The research method  used was quantitative. This study shows that the implementation of the policy has a  positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the policy, this is indicated  by the results of the regression coefficient of policy implementation which is  positive at 0.265. Then public participation also has a positive and significant  influence on policy effectiveness, this is proven by the results of the public  participation regression coefficient which is positive at 0.321. Likewise, policy  implementation and public participation together have a positive and significant  influence on policy effectiveness.
