This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study consist of 9 informants, which include 1 section head of the P2KB division of the West Jakarta Sudin PPAPP, 1 PLKB (Field Extension Worker) from Duri Kosambi Village, 2 PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) cadres from Pokja IV, and 5 participants in the DASHAT program from Duri Kosambi Village. The findings of this study show that (1) the implementation of the DASHAT program in preventing stunting has been carried out well, consisting of a) preparation stage; identification and mapping, formulation, and capacity building, b) implementation stage; production and packaging, distribution and marketing, as well as the implementation of KIE (Communication, Information, and Education) regarding stunting prevention and the provision of nutritious food, c) sustainability referring to the BKKBN (National Family Planning Coordination Board) manual. (2) The factors inhibiting program implementation include a) communication; there are communication barriers with participants, b) resources; inadequate human resources and financial resources, and a lack of supporting facilities for cooking demonstrations, c) disposition or attitude of the implementers; functioning well, d) bureaucracy structure. (3) The results of the implementation of the DASHAT program in preventing stunting in toddlers in Duri Kosambi Village have shown an increase in the knowledge of parents regarding nutritional fulfillment for toddlers and the proper storage and processing of food.Keywords: Stunting prevention, DASHAT, toddlers.
