Locus of Control, Reward System, Informasi Asimetri, dan
Budgetary Slack
note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control, reward 
system, dan informasi asimetri terhadap budgetary slack. Penelitian ini dilakukan 
pada perusahaan perhotelan di Kota Cilegon dengan jumlah 6 perhotelan. 
Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Metode 
penelitian hasildata kuesioner ini menggunakan SPSS software versi 26. Hasil 
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap 
budgetary slack, reward system berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack, dan 
informasi asimetri berpengaruh negatif terhadap budgetary slack.
abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, reward system, and 
asymmetric information on budgetary slack. This study was conducted at a hotel 
company in Cilegon City with a total of 6 hotels. This study uses primary data 
obtained from a questionnaire. The research method of the questionnaire data 
results uses SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that locus 
of control has a positive effect on budgetary slack, reward system has a positive 
effect on budgetary slack, and asymmetric information has a negative effect on 
budgetary slack.
