budgetary slack, reward system berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack, dan 
informasi asimetri berpengaruh negatif terhadap budgetary slack.},

        abstract = {This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, reward system, and 
asymmetric information on budgetary slack. This study was conducted at a hotel 
company in Cilegon City with a total of 6 hotels. This study uses primary data 
obtained from a questionnaire. The research method of the questionnaire data 
results uses SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that locus 
of control has a positive effect on budgetary slack, reward system has a positive 
effect on budgetary slack, and asymmetric information has a negative effect on 
budgetary slack.},
