description: This research was conducted in an effort to preserve and introduce Banten Javanese language which is almost not spoken by elementary school children. This study aims   to describe the development of vocabulary flash card learning media on Banten Javanese local content for grade IV students, describe the feasibility of learning media developed, and describe the response of students to Banten Javanese vocabulary flashcard learning media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes 5 stages, namely: Analyze, Design,   Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Expert validation was carried out by media experts, linguists, and material experts, with the research subject being class IV   SDN Serang 21 totaling 25 students. Data were collected using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. This research and development was   conducted from August to September. The results showed (1) the feasibility level of learning media in terms of design obtained a score of 86% which can be categorized as   “very feasible” (2) the feasibility level of learning media in terms of material obtained a score of 91% which can be categorized as “very feasible” (3) the feasibility level of   learning media in terms of language obtained a score of 91.9% which can be categorized as “very feasible” (4) the average score of learner responses obtained a score of 90.15% which can be categorized as “very good” so that it can be concluded that the Banten Javanese vocabulary flash card learning media is feasible to use in Banten Javanese language learning.
