Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R\&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi 5 tahapan, yaitu: Analyze (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Validasi ahli dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi, dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kelas IV SDN Serang 21 yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai September. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) didapatkan tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran dari segi desain memperoleh skor 86\% yang dapat dikategorikan ?sangat layak? (2) tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran dari segi materi memperoleh skor 91\% yang dapat dikategorikan ?sangat layak? (3) tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran dari segi bahasa memperoleh skor 91,9\% yang dapat dikategorikan ?sangat layak? (4) skor rata-rata respons peserta didik memperoleh skor 90,15\% yang dapat dikategorikan ?sangat baik? sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran flash card kosakata bahasa Jawa Banten layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa Banten.}, abstract = {This research was conducted in an effort to preserve and introduce Banten Javanese language which is almost not spoken by elementary school children. This study aims to describe the development of vocabulary flash card learning media on Banten Javanese local content for grade IV students, describe the feasibility of learning media developed, and describe the response of students to Banten Javanese vocabulary flashcard learning media. The research method used is Research and Development (R\&D) with the ADDIE model which includes 5 stages, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Expert validation was carried out by media experts, linguists, and material experts, with the research subject being class IV SDN Serang 21 totaling 25 students. Data were collected using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. This research and development was conducted from August to September. The results showed (1) the feasibility level of learning media in terms of design obtained a score of 86\% which can be categorized as ?very feasible? (2) the feasibility level of learning media in terms of material obtained a score of 91\% which can be categorized as ?very feasible? (3) the feasibility level of learning media in terms of language obtained a score of 91.9\% which can be categorized as ?very feasible?
