note: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi
anggaran, sistem pengukuran kinerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja
manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik
pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian
ini menggunakan metode teknik purposive sampling terhadap 66 responden yang
merupakan para manajer dari berbagai perusahaan konstruksi di provinsi Banten.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang
diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25.
Berlandaskan hasil analisis data dapat dijelaskan variabel partisipasi
anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Variabel sistem
pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Variabel
motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Variabel insentif
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.
abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budget participation,
performance measurement system, work motivation and incentives on managerial
performance. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection
techniques in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method in this study used a
purposive sampling technique method of 66 respondents who were managers from
various construction companies in Banten province. The data analysis technique
used used multiple linear regression which was processed using SPSS 25 software.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be explained that the budget
participation variable has a significant effect on managerial performance.
Performance measurement system variables have a significant effect on managerial
performance. Work motivation variables have a significant effect on managerial
performance. Incentive variables have a significant effect on managerial
performance.
