description: This study aims to evaluate the experiences and understanding of individual participants in the Merdeka Entrepreneurship Program in developing their entrepreneurial insights, particularly among agribusiness students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This program provides students with opportunities to gain practical experience outside of lectures to enhance their entrepreneurial skills. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The findings indicate that program participants experienced an improvement in their understanding of various entrepreneurial aspects, such as risk-taking, innovation, leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial attitudes. Additionally, some participants reported challenges they faced, particularly regarding the lack of advanced training and mentoring after the program concluded. This study concludes that the Merdeka Entrepreneurship Program has significantly benefited participants by enhancing their entrepreneurial competencies. However, improvements in mentoring are needed to ensure participants can continue developing their skills more effectively. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for improving participants' experiences in future entrepreneurship programs.
