In this study, Work Discipline and Environment are independent variables and Employee Performance is the dependent variable and Work Motivation is the intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 236 nurses at Cileungsi Regional Hospital. Sampling uses a simple random sampling method with a total of 100 samples. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis methods, measurement model analysis methods, and structural model analysis methods using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 4.0 program tool. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance with t-count results> t-table (2.097> 1.96) and a significance level <0.05 (0.036 <0.05). (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2.617 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.009 < 0.05). (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with the results of t-count > t-table (5.504 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with the results of t-count > t- table (3.139 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance with the results of t-count > t-table (3.139 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.012 < 0.05). (6) Work motivation is able to mediate positively and significantly between the influence of work discipline on performance with the results of t-count > t-table (2.055 > 1.96) and a significance level < 0.05 (0.040 < 0.05).
