The research method used is a quantitative method with a population of 54 employees from the Technical Implementation Unit of the Block F Market Service of Cilegon City. Sampling used the saturated sample method with a total of 54 samples. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research uses the PLS (Smart Partial Least Squeare) data analysis method.
