The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of vocational training at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBVP) Serang. This study was directed using the theory of effectiveness in training with the Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model, which consists of 4 indicators, including Reactions, Learning, Behavior, and Results. The research method used a quantitative method. The sampling technique used quota sampling of 90 respondents and was taken using Purposive Sampling. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of vocational training at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) Serang was not yet effective because it received an assessment of less than 70%. Based on the research conducted, the level of training effectiveness was found to be 66%. The researcher's suggestions include increasing the provision of facilities and infrastructure to support training, providing teaching materials or curriculum as a benchmark for training participants, and also providing training material content that is relevant to the current era. %Z Penelitian ini berfokus kepada Efektivitas Pelatihan Vokasi di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivias (BBPVP) Serang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas pelatihan vokasi di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBVP) Serang. Penelitian ini diarahkan menggunakan teori efektivitas pada pelatihan dengan Model Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model yaitu terdiri atas 4 indikator, meliputi Reactions, Learning, Behavior, dan Result. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 90 responden dan diambil menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian diketahui efektivitas pelatihan vokasi di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang belum efektif karena mendapatkan penilaian kurang dari 70%. Berdasarkan penlitian yang dilakukan didapati besaran tingkat efektivitas pelatihan sebesar 66%. Saran Peneliti antara lain, peningkatan penyediaan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana sebagai penunjang pelatihan, penyediaan bahan ajar atau kurikulum sebagai tolok ukur peserta pelatihan, dan juga menyediakan muatan materi pelatihan yang relevan dengan zaman saat ini.
