The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of vocational training at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBVP) Serang. This study was directed using the theory of effectiveness in training with the Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model, which consists of 4 indicators, including Reactions, Learning, Behavior, and Results. The research method used a quantitative method. The sampling technique used quota sampling of 90 respondents and was taken using Purposive Sampling. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of vocational training at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) Serang was not yet effective because it received an assessment of less than 70%. Based on the research conducted, the level of training effectiveness was found to be 66%. The researcher's suggestions include increasing the provision of facilities and infrastructure to support training, providing teaching materials or curriculum as a benchmark for training participants, and also providing training material content that is relevant to the current era.
