The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 10 people, namely 1 PKK chairman, 1 PKK secretary, 4 PKK members and 4 community members. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the PKK programme is in line with the 10 work programme indicators which are divided into 4 work groups and have been implemented properly, (2) The dual role of PKK members as administrators and household managers is said to be able to carry out their dual role well in the domestic environment and in the public environment, although there is a double burden they have a way of overcoming it. (3) The level of community welfare after the PKK programme is seen based on the benefits or improvements obtained by the community, including an increase in material aspects including healthy livable homes and balanced nutritious food, physical aspects including free health services and a clean and healthy lifestyle, mental aspects including skills and economic education through entrepreneurship, the last spiritual aspect includes harmony and religion and mutual cooperation.
