description: The economic problems of people with disabilities in Indonesia are influenced by   several factors such as: the low level of education of people with disabilities in   Indonesia, there is still discrimination in the workplace for people with disabilities, and   there are still business actors who do not want to accept people with disabilities as their   employees. Scrap business can be an alternative job for people with disabilities to   support their economy. Scrap business is a business engaged in the management of   used goods, scrap business is included in the recycling industry, is an industry that   reprocesses used waste that is no longer used into finished or semi-finished products   that have economic value. In Cangkudu Village there are three scrap business stalls   whose business actors are willing to accept people with disabilities as their workers. In   this study, using the theory of entrepreneurs in supporting the community economy   according to Schumpeter (2012), there are three ways for entrepreneurs to move the   community economy through: innovation in the economy, creating jobs, realizing   prosperity. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a   qualitative approach. Data collection using observation, interview, documentation   techniques. Data analysis is carried out with the stages of data reduction, data   presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research on this scrap business   innovate in the aspect of expanding the market for workers with disabilities, creating   jobs in the scrap business, namely providing jobs such as sorters or stevedores to   workers with disabilities, welfare in the scrap business is realized through appropriate   salaries, health insurance, and fulfillment of basic needs for workers with disabilities
