The research approach used is a qualitative approach  using the Social Media Management Theory or often called the 4C theory (Context,  Communication, Collaboration, Connection) from Chris Heuer. This research uses  data collection techniques of interviews, observations, documentation and  literature studies. The result of the study explain that at the @pemprov.banten  stage, it carries out 2 stages, namely Packaged with Attractive and Informative  visual, and using Common Language in the Community. The Communication  carries out 2 stages: the use of persuasive communication and listening and  responding to followers. The Collaboration stage is to collaborate with the people  of Banten Province and collaborate with institutions in Banten Province. The last  stage of Connection is Building and Maintaining Relationships with Followers.
