The approach used in this research is Qualitative. The result of the research is that there is a correlation between the number of impressions and likes. However, the number of followers, comments and saves is not always in line with the number of views. The more content shared, the wider the reach. Audience communication patterns are dominated by questions related to location, price, and destination booking.
