This study aims to  determine how the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) in  Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province. The research method used is a  qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through  non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies  were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana  (2014) consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and  conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source triangulation,  technique triangulation, membercheck, and ethical consideration. The results  showed that the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) program in  Curug District is still not running optimally because there are still some  shortcomings and obstacles that occur, such as the lack of the number of program  assistants, some KWTs no longer plant, the decline in member activeness, the lack  of facilities and infrastructure, inappropriate land loan agreements, there is no  strategy in the implementation of the program, and inadequate cash availability.  Therefore, the Sustainable Food Yard Program in Curug Sub-district, Serang City,  needs to be improved by strengthening legal regulations for land loans, increasing  access to more stable markets, and providing incentives or awards per one year of  program implementation.
