description: Companies must assess and improve their managerial performance in order to  produce products that meet customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze 1)  the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) on managerial performance, 2)  the influence of the performance measurement system on managerial performance  and 3) the influence of the reward system on managerial performance. The research  was conducted at a shipping company in Cilegon City, with 100 respondents taken  as sample units. Data analysis used multiple linear regression processed with SPSS  version 25.00. The results of the hypothesis test show that TQM has a significant  positive effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by the regression  coefficient and t count at sig < 0.05. The performance measurement system has no  effect on managerial performance, as evidenced by the regression coefficient and t  count at sig > 0.05. The reward system has a significant positive effect on  managerial performance, as evidenced by the regression coefficient and t count at  sig < 0.05. Together, TQM, performance measurement systems and reward systems  have an influence of 92.1% on managerial performance.
