Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain leuit mencerminkan kearifan lokal yang relevan dengan konsep fisika, seperti pengelolaan suhu dan kelembapan, yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Sebagai produk penelitian, film dokumenter dihasilkan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan pendekatan berbasis budaya lokal. This study aims to explore the indigenous knowledge of the Baduy community regarding leuit (traditional rice barns) from a physics perspective and to examine its potential integration into physics education through documentary media. Leuit, which can preserve the quality of rice for hundreds of years, was analyzed to identify the application of physics principles such as thermodynamics, humidity, and material elasticity. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through interviews with local elders, observations, and measurements of temperature and humidity inside the leuit. The findings reveal that the leuit's design reflects local wisdom aligned with physics concepts, such as temperature and humidity management, which have been passed down through generations. As an outcome, a documentary film was produced as an interactive learning medium supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on local cultural-based approaches.
