"This research is grounded in the case of Getzke Footwear, one of the leading \r\nlocal shoe brands in Serang City, which has demonstrated that local shoe \r\nproducts can compete in terms of quality and comfort with imported products. \r\nThis study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and development of \r\nGetzke Footwear’s IMC strategy and to explain the main elements of their \r\nmarketing communication strategy. \r\nThis research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection \r\ntechniques including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The \r\nfindings reveal that Getzke Footwear's marketing communication strategy \r\nencompasses six main elements: advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, \r\npublic relations, events and experiences, and interactive marketing. Instagram is \r\nutilized to present a consistent and professional visual catalog of products, while \r\nTikTok is employed to create creative campaigns such as hashtag challenges \r\n(StyleDenganGetzke), generating user-generated content. These strategies allow \r\nGetzke Footwear to enhance brand awareness and organically expand the \r\nbrand’s reach. \r\nHowever, this study also identifies challenges faced by Getzke Footwear, such as \r\nintense competition with local and imported products and shifts in young \r\nconsumers' preferences. To address these challenges, Getzke Footwear needs to \r\nstrengthen its product differentiation, deliver relevant brand messages, and \r\ncontinue innovating in creating engaging social media content.
