It will be felt by students or their parents, so teachers must be competent in their field and also able to serve optimally. There are several factors that influence teacher performance. This research aimed to determine the influence of the principal's leadership, teacher commitment, and teacher participation in the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) on the performance of Indonesian language teachers of junior high schools in Tangerang City. This research was an ex post facto survey research involving 145 state junior high school Indonesian language teachers as the research sample. The research sample was selected using proportional cluster random sampling. Research data was collected using questionnaires with a modified Likert scale (scale four). The research data was tested by using descriptive statistics and path analysis.
