SPPI is a regular school that provides education for Students with Special Needs (PDBK) together with students in regular schools. The 13 state junior high schools providing inclusive education are; SMP N 6, SMP N 8, SMP N 9, SMP N 13, SMP N 22, SMP N 23, SMP N 24, SMP N 25, SMP N 26, SMP N 17, SMP N 28, SMP N 30 and SMP N 32 Tangerang City. The aim of this research is to find out how inclusive education learning management at SPPI has been implemented. Inclusive education learning management is learning planning activities, implementing and evaluating learning outcomes for Students with Special Needs. The research questions for this dissertation are (1) How is inclusive education learning planned at schools providing inclusive education at Tangerang City Public Middle Schools? (2) How is inclusive education learning implemented in schools providing inclusive education at Tangerang City Public Middle Schools? (3) How is the evaluation of inclusive education learning at schools providing inclusive education at Tangerang City Public Middle Schools? (4) How is the quality of inclusive education at schools providing inclusive education at Tangerang City Public Middle Schools?.This research approach is qualitative with a case study research design. The research instrument in the qualitative approach is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques were carried out using (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation and (3) documentation. Data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by data triangulation. The data sources in this research consist of the main data source, namely one school principal as the manager of inclusive education management, and supporting data sources, namely; Subject teachers and Special Supervising Teachers (GPK). The results of this research are that schools providing inclusive education must make modifications or adjustments to learning planning, implementation of learning and evaluation or assessment of learning for students with special needs (PDBK). The quality of inclusive education is implemented at SPPI by referring to the Tangerang Mayor's Regulations and Technical Instructions for implementing inclusive education in the city of Tangerang.
