The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the Indonesian government needs to reform legal frameworks concerning the rights of persons with disabilities and conduct socialization efforts to raise awareness about their rights within the judicial system. This would ensure more effective and just protection in accordance with the principles of the CRPD and human rights.
