Youth in Sukarame Village, as one of the people who are part of the workforce, will be researched on their perceptions of work in the rice farming sector. This research aims to analyze youth perceptions of work in the rice farming sector in Sukarame Village, Carita District, Pandeglang Regency, and determine the relationship between youth perceptions in Sukarame Village, Carita District, Pandeglang Regency and the factors that form perceptions. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected from 95 respondents using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and the Spearman rank test. The research results show that the village youth's view of work in the rice farming sector is in the good category. Internal factors consist of gender, education level, and work experience. External factors are parents' work and land ownership. These factors have been tested as a whole and have no relationship with youth perceptions of work in the rice farming sector.
