Students can develop their level of understanding of the material provided by using technology such as podcasts in education. Podcastbased learning media tested on class VII students at SMPN 13 Tangerang City was created using the ADDIE model in this research. The research results showed that students' satisfaction responses in understanding the material increased significantly, with an average satisfaction level of 83%. This podcast media can be included in the Independent Curriculum to improve the quality of more innovative and technology-based learning. Podcasts make learning more flexible and interactive, and they can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This media can help students learn to collaborate and better understand digital literacy. The educational paradigm is changing, which means we have to move from conventional learning models to more interactive models. Technological advances, especially podcasts, give students the opportunity to learn more flexibly and in-depth. This research uses the ADDIE model to create podcast-based learning media that focuses on improving students' collaboration skills. The results showed that the podcast improved students' understanding of Civics material and received a positive response with a satisfaction level of 83%.
