description: This research aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment (X) on  employee performance (Y) with work motivation (Z1) and organizational culture  (Z2) as moderating variables at the Kronjo District Office, Tangerang Regency.  The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a  descriptive approach. The population in this study were 58 employees of the Kronjo  District Office, Tangerang Regency. This research sample uses the entire  population using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique in  this research uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) using the student version  of the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool.  The results of this research show that (1) the physical work environment has a  positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation  weakens the relationship between the physical work environment and employee  performance, (3) organizational culture strengthens the effect of the relationship  between the physical work environment and employee performance.
