This research is focused on class XII students at  SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Serang using qualitative research methods with the type of  research. Serang by using qualitative research methods with descriptive research  types that describe in detail how the conditions of utilization of the E-learning  website and its impact on students' interest in learning. The use of E-learning  website in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education has been implemented  well. This is evident from the school policy and the application of the use of Elearning websites in the learning process, starting from the use of E-learning  websites in the classroom as a learning medium including various features, such as  student attendance, material delivery, as well as giving individual or group  questions for evaluation, and exam media. The use of E-learning websites on  learning interest which is reflected in the attitude and behavior of students in the  learning process. attitude and behavior of students in the learning process which  can be seen with indicators of learning interest to see the extent to which it plays a  role in students' interest in learning. Thus, the E-learning website has an important  role in students' interest in learning during the learning process and following  technological developments in education.
