description: The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the implementation of the Jumat Berkah program as a form of social concern within the community (Case Study on the Community of Batubantar Village, Cimanuk District,  Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province). The Jumat Berkah program, which hasbeen implemented in Batubantar Village since 2022, serves as a social initiative toassist those in need through donation activities and the distribution of aid. This  study employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that during its  implementation, this program faces several issues that affect its effectiveness and acceptance within the community. Some of the issues include resistance from certain community members due to a lack of transparency in fund management and aid distribution. Information about the program is often provided only to donors without involving the broader community, contributing to this resistance.  Furthermore, the emergence of social stratification between donors and recipients poses a potential issue that could create tensions in social relations. The primary  factor underlying these cases is the limited capacity of human resources in managing the program, both in terms of information dissemination and systematic distribution implementation, leading to various issues during the program's execution.
