"This study aims to describe the implementation and constraints of promotion, \r\npeople, sharia process on increasing sales volume at PT. Citra Elektrindo \r\nMandiri. In addition, to formulate strategies that can be proposed to improve the \r\neffectiveness of promotion, people, sharia process in order to increase sales \r\nvolume. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection \r\ntechniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis \r\ntechniques use reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data \r\nvalidity techniques are obtained using triangulation of sources, techniques, and \r\ntime. The results of the study indicate that in the Promotion aspect, the door-to\r\ndoor system has proven effective in maintaining relationships with loyal \r\ncustomers because trust is easily built directly. However, dependence on this \r\nmethod and limited development of digital promotions hinder the company from \r\nreaching a wider market. In the People aspect, high employee turnover has a \r\nnegative impact on operational stability and service quality, which can reduce \r\ncustomer loyalty. Meanwhile, in the Process aspect, although the company has \r\nimplemented ISO 2015-based SOP as an operational standard, limited human \r\nresources and dependence on manual processes slow down operational efficiency. \r\nThis study concludes that PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri has tried to implement \r\nsharia principles in every marketing element. In promotion, the company \r\nemphasizes honesty and transparency and avoids fraud. In the People aspect, \r\nhonesty and trustworthiness are the main values. While in the Process, the \r\ncompany strives to maintain transparency, fairness, and avoid detrimental \r\npractices."^^ .
