Citra Elektrindo Mandiri. In addition, to formulate strategies that can be proposed to improve the effectiveness of promotion, people, sharia process in order to increase sales volume. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are obtained using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study indicate that in the Promotion aspect, the door-to door system has proven effective in maintaining relationships with loyal customers because trust is easily built directly. However, dependence on this method and limited development of digital promotions hinder the company from reaching a wider market. In the People aspect, high employee turnover has a negative impact on operational stability and service quality, which can reduce customer loyalty. Meanwhile, in the Process aspect, although the company has implemented ISO 2015-based SOP as an operational standard, limited human resources and dependence on manual processes slow down operational efficiency. This study concludes that PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri has tried to implement sharia principles in every marketing element. In promotion, the company emphasizes honesty and transparency and avoids fraud. In the People aspect, honesty and trustworthiness are the main values.
