description: This research is motivated by several issues related to the evaluation of the   Integrated Mikrotrans Program in the Public Transportation System in East   Jakarta, including the suboptimal supporting infrastructure, the inadequate   integration of Mikrotrans services in accommodating regular public transport   routes, headways that do not meet standard regularity, and the insufficient   implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM). The aim of this study is to   evaluate the Mikrotrans Program in East Jakarta. The research method used is   descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include   observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques   employ the Miles and Huberman concept. This research uses the CIPP evaluation   model theory by Stufflebeam, which includes Context, Input, Process, and Product.   The results show that the evaluation of the Mikrotrans program has been running   optimally. The researcher suggests that the government should expand the   program's service coverage, pursue the target of integrating regular public   transport management, and pay special attention to Mikrotrans supporting   facilities such as bus stop signs that are in poor or damaged condition.
