Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Mikrotrans di Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori model evaluasi CIPP menurut Stufflebeam yaitu Konteks, Input, Proses, Produk. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program Mikrotrans sudah berjalan optimal. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques employ the Miles and Huberman concept. This research uses the CIPP evaluation model theory by Stufflebeam, which includes Context, Input, Process, and Product. The results show that the evaluation of the Mikrotrans program has been running optimally. The researcher suggests that the government should expand the program's service coverage, pursue the target of integrating regular public transport management, and pay special attention to Mikrotrans supporting facilities such as bus stop signs that are in poor or damaged condition.} }
