Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian metode kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Budidaya Pembibitan Ikan Patin Di 7 Kecamatan tersebut sebanyak 60 orang, dengan jumlah sampelnya 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Data sekuder berupa studi Pustaka berbentuk jurnal dan buku yang relevan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), alat analisis yang dgunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengauh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. (4) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signiikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. (5) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (6) Motivasi Kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. (7) Lingkungan Kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of Competency (X1) and Work Environment Quality (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Motivation (Z) as an Intervening Variable in Patin Fish Breeding Employees in 7 Districts in the Pandeglang Region. By using quantitative research methods, the population used is all employees who work in Patin Fish Breeding in 7 Districts as many as 60 people, with a total sample of 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data, the methods used to collect primary data are observation, interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data is in the form of library studies in the form of relevant journals and books. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), an analysis tool used by SmartPLS 4. The results of this research show that: (1) Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (5) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (6) Work Motivation is able to mediate the relationship between Competency and employee Performance.
