description: The background of this research is the high number of cases of violence against children in Jakarta based on data obtained through Simfoni PPA, KPAI reports, and also supported by data obtained from UPT PPPA Jakarta Province. This study aims to evaluate the PATBM pilot project program in order to prevent violence against children in Jakarta Province. The focus in this research is to describe existing problems and phenomena with facts in the field so that the information provided is as it is. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that the PATBM pilot project has been implemented well, but there are still discrepancies with the PATBM implementation guidelines, such as the absence of activist regeneration, budget limitations, and communities that are still closed to the existence of PATBM. The recommendations in this study are that local governments need to create a special budget for the implementation of the PATBM movement so that activities can run on their own without having to rely on other activities and conduct monitoring and strengthening of the PATBM movement which can be done through capacity building of activists along with the development of technological advances. In addition, there is also a need for coordination between the Jakarta PPAPP Office with regional facilitators and village officials to update the PATBM decree considering changes in the membership composition of PATBM activists in the field.
